1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of OÜ Digitechnology and the related services available at https://bufy.eu. The service is provided by OÜ Digitechnology, registry code 16586255, with registered address at Seebi tn 1-703, Tallinn, Harjumaa.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable laws of Estonia and the European Union, including consumer and data protection rules.

These Terms are interpreted in line with mandatory law, including the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus), and the GDPR where relevant.

2. Service Description

OÜ Digitechnology is a personal finance application that provides:

  • Budget creation using multiple budgeting methods
  • Weekly budget calculations based on income timing
  • Transaction, recurring payment, investment, and credit tracking
  • Data export and account management tools

The service uses client-side encryption for financial data. You remain responsible for safely storing your password and recovery code.

3. Registration and Account Security

To register for the service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Create a strong password that meets the current requirements
  • Enter a valid invite code while access remains invite-only

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Safely storing your recovery code
  • All activity under your account unless caused by our breach
  • Promptly notifying us about unauthorized access
4. Current Access Model and Future Plans

The current public rollout of OÜ Digitechnology is a free invite-only package. At this stage, registration requires an invite code and no subscription fee is charged.

Once the product is ready for a broader commercial launch, we plan to introduce a 60-day free trial together with paid Pro and Family plans. Pricing, taxes, billing intervals, and included features will be shown clearly before any charge is made.

5. Consumer Rights for Future Paid Plans

This section applies only after paid subscriptions are introduced.

If you purchase a paid subscription as a consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law unless an exception applies to digital content or digital services that begin immediately at your request.

Withdrawal requests or billing questions can be sent to {email}. We will publish the detailed cancellation and refund workflow before paid plans go live.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful activity
  • Attempt to break, bypass, or reverse-engineer security controls
  • Access accounts, data, or infrastructure without authorization
  • Abuse automated access, scraping, or denial-of-service tactics
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
7. Intellectual Property

The service software, design, branding, and documentation belong to OÜ Digitechnology or its licensors.

You retain rights to your own data. We do not claim ownership of your personal financial records.

8. Liability
  • The service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by the loss of your password and recovery code where we cannot decrypt the data for you.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account through the application.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms or create security risks for the service or other users.

Before deletion, you should export any data you want to keep.
